Therapy
Individual in person therapy is offered at our clinic in Uxbridge. We offer day, evening, and Saturday appointments.
Virtual services for when you can’t make it into the office, guaranteeing you get the care you need, when you need it.
Walk and Talk Therapy is a form of therapy that takes place outdoors while walking, rather than sitting in a traditional office setting. It combines the benefits of physical movement, exposure to nature, and therapeutic conversation, creating a more relaxed and dynamic environment for self-exploration and healing. Uxbridge is the trail capital of Canada, so there are many options available to explore the benefits of outdoor based therapy right outside of the office.
Wellbeing
Our small scale yoga studio offers a space to explore body oriented practices such as mindfulness, meditation, and yoga in a comfortable environment. Whether you are interested in individual yoga sessions or group based practices, we offer a welcoming, intimate, and non-threatening space to develop and expand your skills.
