Carolyn Ussher, MSW
My name is Carolyn Ussher and I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) and I hold a Master of Social Work, a Bachelor of Social Work, and a Bachelor of Arts with 30 years of experience in the Social Work field. I am trained in a variety of evidence based, therapeutic approaches such as:

Mindfulness Based Practices
Body-Oriented Trauma Counselling

I remain committed to supporting people as they work through the day-to-day stresses of life and relationships. I believe that in creating a safe, non-judgmental space with clients, we can explore painful experiences and emotions so that we can move towards healing and living a values-based life. My practice is trauma informed and is grounded in compassion, choice, and curiosity. My hope is that through our work together, you will develop ways to reduce personal suffering while enhancing self compassion, healing, and wellness.
Taylor Booth, MA
My name is Taylor and I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Certificate in Children’s Mental Health, and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. I work with individuals aged 10 and older, including children, teens, and adults. My approach blends a variety of evidence-based therapies, including:
